All of our rooms at our dog-friendly B&B in Keswick have been designed to be cosy and comfortable, as well as light and airy. Your ‘home away from home’.

Please note we do not have any rooms on the ground floor. Our kingsize rooms are on the first floor and our double rooms are on the second floor. We have a twin with two single beds on the first floor and a twin, with a double and single bed, on the second floor. We do not have a lift.

All rooms are dog-friendly.

B&B ROOM AMENITIES

All the bedrooms have en-suite facilities, with plentiful cupboard and storage space, a Smart TV with an inbuilt DVD, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, fan and heater depending on what you need, and an iron and ironing board are available on request. The Smart TV has access to Amazon Prime and Netflix so remember to bring your account and login details with you.

All rooms have washable bedhead slips, three pillows per person and washable fleece throws. The pillows are of a varying thickness - so everyone has a choice of a thin, medium or thick pillow - and they are all hypoallergenic. Cushions are removed when dogs are staying.

B&B ROOM RATES

Our B&B room rates start from £90 per room, per night. Rates do vary during the year. Rates include one breakfast per person. Please note that rates are subject to change without notice.

There is a minimum two nights per booking. UK Bank Holidays require a minimum of three nights per booking.

There is a £10 charge per dog, per stay.
